Weekly report: Humbert edition

"I'll confess there's something else I'm interested in here, a somewhat less innocent form of participatory journalism: I want to know how I, a grown man, will feel going out on a date with Sarah, an underaged girl. Resist your judgments, please. How can I not be curious?"

Unfortunately, that last rhetorical question isn't very effective in court, especially in Virginia.

Thank God someone can set the record straight.

this is going to be about ageofconsent.com, isn't it? :)

i've been reading the slate thing all week and it was actually kinda interesting, though it would've been funnier if at the end of the night sarah turned to the author and just propositioned him out of the blue. then he could reply in a nonchalant way, as if it was just part of the experiment.

i guess any post referencing HH in the title is bound to be sketchy.
